Are prints available for purchase?

All pieces of artwork are one-of-a-kind originals. Barbara does not produce prints of her original paintings.

What are my options if a piece of artwork I like is sold out?

All pieces of artwork are originals. However, Barbara does complete commissioned artwork so feel free to reach out to her about creating something similar to the piece of art that you are interested in. She cannot guarantee an exact copy but will do her best to create something comparable. (Send email: BarbaraTibbetsArt@yahoo.com)

Why does the larger painting come without a frame?

All larger original artwork (not 5"x 7") is unframed so that the buyer can choose their own framers to help select mats, backing and framing to suit their own color schemes.

How will the artwork be shipped? Can you ship internationally?

Shipping is free and only available within the United States (all 50 states). Items are sent via USPS or FedEx. Each item is secured in protective materials and shipped in a flat rate envelope (11 x 15 in and 15 x 22 in for paintings) or flat rate box (for scarves). Larger originals are rolled in a protective tube.

What is your return and refund policy?

I strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos of my work. If you have any questions about a piece, please feel free to ask me prior to purchase. If for some reason you are still unhappy with your purchase, please mail the painting back to me within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Buyer to pay shipping costs.

What should I know about the artwork I purchase?

Each original work of art is created in Barbara's home studio, located in Chandler, Arizona. Her love of watercolor painting has developed over the last 4 decades and she continues to explore, discover and create on a continuous basis.

All paintings are signed by the artist somewhere on the lower right corner. Title and measurements are written on the back. 

 

Slight changes of color may happen due to different computer monitor settings.
